Guidelines for pitching Fintech Nexus
Our audience of industry leaders reads Fintech Nexus to stay sharp, dig deeper, and walk away thinking, “I learned something valuable today."
Please pitch accordingly.
We look for stories that are original, contrarian, and emphasize stats and facts to back up the news.
When pitching, please include:
1-2 sentences on the company and leader you are pitching, hyperlinking any notable recent news or features.
1-2 sentences on the “moment” for this story: Why is it important now, and why should we care?
A couple bullet points on the story or argument the company/leader is looking to share.
We do not cover:
Promotional company updates (e.g., receipt of an award). If you are looking to promote a webinar, event, or product, please begin your subject line with “SPONSORSHIP:”
Minor updates on product features or partnerships.
Viewpoints that reiterate existing consensus or well-covered trends.
Stories surrounding an announcement (e.g., a fundraise or product launch) must indeed be that — a story. Please showcase the opportunity, broader industry trend, or deeper narrative.
If you are pitching for our “People Moves” or “Money Moves”/Funding section of the newsletter, begin your subject line with “PEOPLE MOVES:” or “MONEY MOVES:”
