Wil Lewis

Wil Lewis is Experian’s Chief Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Officer building on the company’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity by driving innovation in product development, building on the company’s culture of belonging and attracting talent that represents the communities in which Experian operates.

Prior to joining Experian, Wil was Diversity & Inclusion Executive at Bank of America, during his tenure he held several roles: Head of D&I for their wealth management and Consumer businesses, and responsible for the firm’s Global Employee Networks. He also drove recruiting activity for the bank’s consumer division.

Wil currently serves on the board of Disability: IN, which includes more than 50 Fortune 500 companies committed to driving equality for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, serves on the board of Centers for New Horizons on Chicago’s south side. Wil is a proud graduate of Drake University and resides with his family in Chicago, IL.
