Traci Michel

Traci Michel has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Metro Credit Union for the past three years. At Metro, Traci focuses on strategic execution in technology, operations, and risk/compliance with special attention to areas of project/change management and innovation. Previously, she was SVP Operations where she was instrumental in leading “Operation Transformation,” a Credit Union-wide initiative that ultimately converted Metro’s core and ancillary banking platforms while driving efficiency for employees and members.

Traci serves on the Boards of the COCC and WolfPAC Client User Groups, demonstrating her passion for software optimization and development. In Traci’s spare time, she is the Treasurer of the Winners Circle Running Club, blending her love of banking with running and athletics in the local community. Traci is a proud mom to two young boys and enjoys chasing them around in her spare time. Traci graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a bachelor’s degree in business studies and a master’s degree in accounting/finance.
