Ryan Naples

Ryan Naples currently serves as the Director of Public Policy at DailyPay, Inc., an employer integrated on-demand pay provider that is the nation’s largest earned wage access company. At DailyPay, his portfolio includes federal and state advocacy and legislation, as well as the company’s local and national support for financial wellness.

He previously led public policy for a NYC-based tech trade association and for Lyft, after over a decade of working in the New York State Governor’s Office and on campaigns. He has been an adjunct law professor at Pace University School of Law since 2018 where he teaches a course on legislative and regulatory process.
