Pascale Elie

Pascale is a project Manager with strong knowledge in economics and actuarial mathematics. She as a solid experience in insurance and mobile banking industries. She has conducted feasibility studies, market analysis, business plans and lead the launch of the third largest insurance company and the second largest mobile banking network in Haiti. Pascale has also designed new products lines and implemented successful market entry strategies, and developed strong relationships with government regulators and operators in the insurance and telecom sectors. She managed teams of 10-30 employees responsible for direct sales, agent network deployment and training. Overall, Pascale is an accomplished professional known to be reliable and result oriented.
