As Head of U.S. Personal Banking Analytics (USPBA), Murli’s vision is to ‘be a critical partner in achieving a quantum leap in customer intelligence’ across Citi’s 30MM+ customer base. USPBA is realizing this vision by delivering transformative outcomes on three dimensions: Asking deeper customer-level questions, harnessing more data assets, and enhancing algorithmic sophistication. Prior to Citi, Murli was a Senior Advisor to The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), the Chief Science Officer at AIG, Head of Insight & Innovation at Farmers Insurance, Product Manager at Progressive Insurance, and a statistician at Capital One. He studied Economics & Statistics (Auburn University) and has an MBA from Booth.
