Michael Degnan

Michael Degnan is the Head of Enterprise Innovation, PNC’s internally focused Innovation team and incubator. Enterprise Innovation identifies and shapes promising business, customer and technology innovations and works with executives and teams to bring them into the Bank.

Michael has driven innovation as a senior digital banking executive at major American banks, as a co-founder of a groundbreaking fintech startup that has achieved multi-million-user scale, and as an active angel investor. Prior to PNC, Michael was Head of Digital Banking for Santander Bank, where he was responsible for the overall success of the Bank’s US Digital business, including digital sales and business goals, digital channels and customer experience, risk management and overall legal & regulatory compliance. Michael is an angel investor in several early-stage companies and Co-Founder of Moven, an industry-recognized, venture-funded leading Fintech company that provides mobile banking and AI-driven financial wellness services to major banks around the world.
