Laura Kornhauser

Laura Kornhauser is the Co-founder and CEO of Stratyfy, where her team’s mission is to accelerate financial inclusion by providing greater transparency and less bias to critical financial decisions that impact millions of people. Stratyfy’s UnBias™ helps financial institutions proactively identify and remove hidden bias in data and models, and conduct proactive Fair Lending risk assessment with ease. Laura is a frequent speaker on practical methods for addressing bias in automated decisioning and the application of AI in financial services. Prior to Stratyfy, Laura spent 12 years at JPMorgan Chase, focused on building and delivering credit and risk products to corporate and institutional customers. She has a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
