Jorge de Castro

Jorge is a global growth strategy and marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience matching customer insight with market analysis to drive growth investments in highly competitive and regulated markets including technology, financial services, e-commerce and consumer packaged goods.

In 2021, Jorge joined Lending Tree as an SVP Growth Ventures and Strategic Partnerships. Shortly thereafter he took over leadership and PnL ownership for MyLendingTree and its large and growing membership (+23m) as well as its growth, product innovation, marketing and general operations.

Prior to joining Lending Tree, Jorge was the Head of Strategy/New Ventures, Consumer Insight and Business Development teams for Equifax’s Global Consumer Solutions Group – an e-commerce business that provides online credit monitoring, identity management and financial wellness solutions in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. In this role, he originated and delivered the M&A and strategic partnership pipeline for the business, while managing product innovation efforts, pricing, and business analytics functions for the business.
