Heidi leads Financial Health Network’s application of behavioral insights in consulting and research as its Senior Director of Behavioral Economics. She works with banks, fintechs, and other companies to apply behavioral insights to product and employee benefits design, with the goal of enhancing their impact on overall financial health. Previously, Heidi served as a Program Lead at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, collaborating with social scientists and regulatory attorneys to study innovative financial products and design policy. Heidi also developed expertise in program evaluation and consumer research as a Research Associate for Urban Institute. Heidi holds a master’s in public policy from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Colgate University.
