Harold Paulson

Harold Paulson Jr. is Senior Vice President, Head of Fraud at Fiserv. In this role, Harold is responsible for establishing a horizontal fraud strategy and operating model for the firm, while working across business units to enhance and optimize fraud prevention solutions for Fiserv clients.

Before joining Fiserv in July 2022, Harold served as Managing Director of Fraud for Barclaycard US. In this role, Harold led all fraud, merchant dispute, and KYC functions, including operations, strategy, and analytics; and was responsible for all fraud detection and prevention, expense management, and strategic initiative investment.

Prior to joining Barclays, Harold was Senior Director of Fraud Risk Management for eBay. At eBay he was responsible for the product management of a full indemnity ecommerce fraud product offered by eBay Enterprise (now offered by Radial). He joined eBay after a long career in JPMorgan Chase where he led ecommerce fraud strategy for Chase Card Services and was a co-inventor of several fraud solution patents.
