Gabriela is an established marketing and product executive with more than 15 years of experience developing customer-centric solutions that drive significant P&L, customer, and employee impact. She has deep experience across multiple categories (retail, cards, investments and mortgage), segments (wealth management, mass market, and small business), and functions - with a particular spike in loyalty marketing.
Gabriela is currently the Chief Marketing and Customer Officer at HMBradley - a fast growing Series B Fintech. She leads Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Data & Insights. Prior to joining HMB, Gabriela was the Head of Retail Customer Marketing at Citi, where she led loyalty and cross-sell campaigns across checking, savings, brokerage and new product launches.
Gabriela is a first generation Latinx leader with a passion for financial inclusion and a track record of building multicultural teams, talent pipeline, and professional development programs.
