David Beam

David Beam is a co-leader of the Fintech practice and advises on complex and cutting-edge issues arising from the innovative use of technology in financial services. This includes advising clients on business model and program design for a broad range of embedded finance and BaaS solutions. He also structures and negotiates agreements among embedded finance participants (e.g., end user platforms, program managers, banks and other financial service providers, and processors).
