Anthony Peculic

Anthony Peculic is Head of Cards and BaaS on the Fintech Banking team at Cross River. With over 21 years of experience in the cards and payments space, Anthony joined Cross River in April 2022 and is responsible for the growth and success of its Cards and Baas business including business development, strategic partnerships, implementation, and customer service. Prior to Cross River, Anthony was the Head of Embedded Bill Pay solutions at Papaya Pay, a fintech startup. In Anthony’s past roles, he built and led one of the largest payroll card programs in the US at ADP. He also oversaw the launch of Uber Instant Pay at Green Dot, which helped drivers get access to their pay directly to their account instantly up to several times a day. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in international business/Studies from Fairfield University and an MBA from Fordham University.
