Alecia Chen

Alecia acts as EVP of Operations and as General Counsel for Climb Credit, overseeing their loan operations and legal compliance functions. Prior to joining Climb, Alecia led the Operations Strategy and Solutions team at OnDeck, responsible for identifying and driving operational efficiencies, and served on their legal team, including acting as general counsel for OnDeck’s Canada expansion. Alecia has strong interests in fintech, impact investment, and education.
