Zach Eychaner

Zach Eychaner is the SVP of Digital Experience at Community Financial Credit Union where he leads digital initiatives across the credit union to create outstanding experiences for members and employees alike. A passionate leader in the credit union space for 20 years, Zach demonstrates a commitment to growth, leadership, and the democratizing nature of digital in financial services. Prior to joining CFCU, he led contact centers at three other credit unions and held the responsibility of Chief Innovation Officer. He is an advocate for fintechs, especially women led companies, committed to creating lasting partnerships that provide value for all involved. Zach seeks to always push the envelope on innovation and experimentation to maximize the credit union’s impact on the financial lives of Michiganders.
