Tommy Nicholas

Tommy is the co-founder and CEO of Alloy, the leading identity decisioning platform for banks and fintechs. After graduating from the University of Virginia, Tommy began his career as a software developer. He met co-founder Laura Spiekerman and Charles Hearn when the three were working at an ACH startup. It was there the three recognized the need for better identity decisioning tools to make it easier for companies to meet compliance requirements and prevent fraud. Today, Alloy has grown to nearly 300 employees and has raised $210 million in funding from leading investors.
