Terry O’Neil is a Managing Director with Citi and the Head of Embedded Commerce and Strategic Growth Initiatives for Citi Retail Services. He holds accountability for building and launching Citi Retail Services business expansion strategies related to point-of-sale lending and, as a result, drives the product strategy, consumer insights, customer engagement and technology to deliver upon the vision and drive sales, receivables and revenue growth for partners. Prior to his current role, Terry was the Chief Marketing Officer for Citi Retail Services and led cobrand products, strategic marketing with responsibility for the Citi Branded Cards’ product portfolio and drove product and consumer segment strategy with direct P&L accountability for Citi’s proprietary products portfolio. Terry has more than 20 years of experience in consumer financial services with a focus on product management, marketing, partnerships and consumer strategy. Before joining Citi in 2000, Terry held various leadership positions within Visa and PNC.
