Siddhartha established Intain in 2018 to digitize structured finance. IntainADMIN has ensured itegrated and automated administration of ABS and MBS deals since its launch three years back. Building upon the success of IntainADMIN, IntainMARKETS now provides a fully digital ecosystem for the issuance, investment and administration of asset-backed financing enabled by blockchain. Also founded, IN-D.ai for document-to-data autmation. Previous eperience in Financial Services operations and technology; as part of a Deutsche Bank operations and as CEO of a State Street JV for custody and fund admin operation; also served as the Chairperson of an FCA regulated Insurance Administrator.
