Scott Hurlbert

Scott has deep experience in leading Digital organizations within Financial Services - Leading Digital Product and Channel Management Teams, including Digital Operations, Contact Centers, ATM Fleets and Card Portfolios. Scott currently leads the Digital Channels team at Provident Bank having joined from M&T / People’s United Bank in 2022.

He has launched many “firsts” during his career with these organizations such as developing People’s first mobile app, digital account opening platform, Alexa skill and others. No stranger to M&A, he has led digital integration for 12 bank mergers, ensuring success for both the digital product portfolio and newly combined teams.
