Sachin Kulkarni

Sachin is the co-founder and CTO at Oscilar, a no-code real time decision engine for fraud prevention. Before Oscilar, he was at Facebook/Meta for 11 years where he led several organizations responsible for building one of the largest private cloud deployment, Facebook Live and backend of Facebook Messenger. He improved trust and safety of the Facebook platform by building planet-scale real time data processing systems to detect and mitigate fraud and spam. Video understanding/comprehension led to catching content that violated terms of service including violent content and copyright violations.
