Rebecca Kaden

Rebecca Kaden is a Managing Partner at Union Square Ventures, a thesis based early stage Venture Capital fund based in New York City. USV partners with founders building businesses with inherent network effects and that are broadening access to capital, knowledge, and wellbeing. The portfolio includes companies such as Twitter, Coinbase, Etsy, Twilio, Outschool, Stash, Duolingo, and Carta. Rebecca began her career as a journalist and prior to USV was a General Partner at Maveron, a consumer-focused early stage fund in San Francisco. She studied English and American Literature at Harvard and received her MBA from Stanford. Rebecca was born and raised in New York City where she currently resides with her husband and two sons.
