Matthew Nicolosi

Mr. Nicolosi is a seasoned leader passionate about financial technology, partnerships, and driving growth. As a senior leader within BayFirst National Bank in St. Petersburg, Florida, he manages the Bank’s corporate strategy, innovation initiatives, and key strategic partnerships. He chairs both the Innovation Management Committee and the ESG Management Committee, leading the bank’s digital transformational initiatives. Having spent his entire career in financial services, Mr. Nicolosi has experienced first-hand the opportunities and challenges facing both banks and fintech companies. Outside of work, Mr. Nicolosi enjoys staying active and spending time with his family. He is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling to new destinations around the world.
