John Donovan

John is a Fintech veteran with global experience at start-ups, as well as established Fortune 50 companies. John is co-founder of mySMBscore and Head of Marketplace for CHARM Solutions – an AI powered SMB Scoring and Lending Marketplace with a mission of helping businesses prosper.

John was a co-founder, COO, EVP and Board Member of Lending Club and co-founded OfferBoard – a JOBS act company which helped businesses raise equity via crowd funding. John was a VC partner with Finsight Ventures, restructured the inefficient operations of a highly levered SMB lender, Bizfi, and assisted with the wind down and sale of assets. John was COO and CPO of BorderFree, a cross border ecommerce merchant service provider. John also launched new products for MasterCard resulting in 200M+ new cards, $200M+ in incremental revenue and over $20B in card spending in 40+ countries.
