Christine Roberts

Christine Roberts serves as Head of Citizens Pay, a market leading POS consumer installment financing solution. Under her leadership, Citizens Pay has partnered with top retailers across home furnishing, travel, healthcare and electronics, to drive customer loyalty and increase sales. The platform continues to advance due to her commitment to solving for the customer need and developing innovative new product features. Citizens Pay recently won “Best BNPL” from Tearsheet’s 2022 Power of Payments Awards and was recognized as “Best Innovation” from the 2022 Banking Tech Awards USA.

Christine has been with Citizens for more than 10 years, previously serving as the Head of Student Lending. A 30-year veteran of the financial services industry, she has held several roles at the company, including sales, branch planning and operations, and product management.

Prior to Citizens, she held marketing and product management positions with Bank of America, Fleet Bank, and Fidelity Investments, and she is the former Education Funding Committee Chair for the Consumer Banking Association.
