Sean Salas

Sean Salas is the Co-Founder and CEO of Camino Financial, an AI-powered community development financial institution that expands access to credit for underserved entrepreneurs in the U.S. To date, Sean has built a team of 120+ associates across the U.S. and Latin America. As CEO, he oversees a team of senior-level professionals that support the companies mission in creating scalable impact within underrepresented segments.

Sean is often featured discussing the intersection of Fintech and Financial Inclusion on Forbes, The Fintech Times, and Fintech-oriented podcasts. Before co-founding Camino Financial, Sean worked at a private equity fund where he invested $50 million in direct equity investments and helped manage 4 portfolio companies with over $250 million in combined revenue. Before then, Sean worked as an investment banker at UBS Investment Bank. Sean holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from UC Berkeley.
