Pete Lord

While working in financial services as a Software Engineer, Pete was tasked with building integrations to accounting platforms. He quickly learned that integrations were incredibly valuable but also complex to build and maintain - often consuming development time and shifting focus from building and innovating their core product. This experience sparked the idea for Codat.

Under his leadership, Codat has risen to a team of 250+, attracting five of the world’s largest financial institutions, 12 technology unicorns, and many specialized SMB providers as clients.

Pete now splits his time between London and New York, supporting the regional teams to grow Codat’s global footprint.
