Marina Gracias

Marina Gracias is General Counsel / Corporate Secretary of Varo Money, Inc. At Varo, Marina led the effort to obtain the OCC national bank charter and FDIC insurance. Prior to joining Varo, Marina was Managing Director at Accenture, where she was responsible for deal structuring and negotiations in financial services. Marina was also the Chief Procurement Officer for Visa, where she led procurement of goods and services for Visa globally. Marina has also served as Senior Vice President / Associate General Counsel for Providian Financial and prior to that, she was in private practice at major law firms. Marina received her J.D. from University of California, Berkeley and her M.B.A. and B.S. from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. Ms. Gracias serves on the UC Berkeley Executive Education Board and Bizworld Advisory Board.
