Maria Rincon, Sales Leader of Partnerships at Homeward, is a strategic leader with extensive experience in real estate sales and innovation. Having led real estate sales teams at every level, her frustration at the lack of modernization in the industry fueled a passion to optimize the real estate transaction as a whole. Rincon had a pivotal role in recasting Keller Williams Realty International’s largest franchise group, including a rebrand and overhaul of agent training for nearly 5,000 agents.
