Consumer financial entrepreneur Joe Whitchurch is the Head of Customer Product and Innovation at Mission Lane, a technology company building innovative financial products for 100M+ underserved Americans. Joe has built a diverse team focused on creating experiences to help customers improve their financial confidence and tangibly achieve their goals. He has been the creative force behind influencing unique Mission Lane offerings, including ‘Junction’ communities, as well as other crucial customer touchpoints like digital servicing, partnerships and new product development.
Prior to Mission Lane, Joe spent two decades leading innovation and CX teams at Capital One. Additionally, Joe also serves as a board member at Lighthouse Labs, a globally-ranked seed accelerator that supports entrepreneurship and innovation. Joe has a BA in psychology from Harvard and an MBA from the Wharton School at UPenn. Joe lives in Richmond, Virginia with his wife, their two children, and two dogs.
