Jeff Glass

Jeff Glass is the CEO of Hometap, a data-driven home equity investment platform. In his role as CEO, Glass and his team have analyzed some of the most relevant residential real estate data available to predict buying and lending trends. As a leader in fintech, Glass has also spoken at industry events, including Lendit Fintech 2020, Boston FinTech Week 2018, the G20 Ventures Annual Meeting, and the American Family Ventures Founder Series.

With more than 30 years experience, Glass has built an impressive portfolio as an investor and entrepreneur, having successfully built five companies over the course of his career. Glass also served as Managing Director at Bain Capital Ventures from 2007-2013. Glass received his BA in Economics and Political Science from Amherst College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
