Erin Coltrera

Erin Coltrera, LSW, MSW, MSSP, is the Associate Director of External Partnerships at the Center for Guaranteed Income Research at the University of Pennsylvania where she provides guidance, technical assistance, and support for more than 20 guaranteed income pilots across the country. She previously worked as the Research & Program Officer for the nation’s first mayor-led guaranteed income pilot, the Stockton Economic Empowerment Demonstration (SEED). Erin brings a decade of relevant experience contributing to the development of complex, people-oriented policies and programs. She received a Master of Social Work and Master of Science in Social Policy from the School of Social Policy and Practice at the University of Pennsylvania.
