Dion Harrison leads the Elevate Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) program, currently supported by the Women in Technology, LGBTQ, Military and Mosaic Multicultural employee networks. The Elevate DEI program leverages the diverse identities and experiences of Elevate employees to promote the pragmatic understanding of DEI. This is achieved by not only influencing the innovation of new financial products for diverse needs, but also encouraging community action centered around financial literacy & inclusion, diverse career empowerment, and the evolving awareness of how we impact the well-being of disadvantaged communities. Dion has been with Elevate since 2012, and he also holds the role of VP of Business Development.
Dion is an enthusiastic alumni from the HBCU - North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University. He has a deep passion for philanthropy and economic development. He is an active board member of TangoCharities, Junior Achievement, and the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.
