David Beam

David Beam is a co-leader of Mayer Brown’s global Fintech practice. David’s practice focuses on payment systems and credit products, with an emphasis on legal issues that arise from the innovative use of technology in financial services. David has particular experience working with providers of various real-time payment solutions to develop products, comply with applicable regulatory requirements, negotiate transactions, and engage with regulators.
