Conor Neu

Mr. Neu is a co-founder and the Chief Investment Officer of Pier Asset Management, which focuses on the alternative lending and specialty finance asset class. Mr. Neu oversees all investment activity of the firm, which provides warehouse lines to loan originators, and liquidity to loan portfolio holders, with a focus on deals under $10MM in size. Prior to Pier, Mr. Neu was a Managing Director at Evolution Capital Management, where he founded some of the first funds in the marketplace lending industry, purchased some of the first whole loans from the biggest platforms in the industry, and completed two of the first rated securitizations of marketplace lending securities.
