Chris Tremont

Chris Tremont leads the digital strategy for Grasshopper, while supporting new business lines geared towards serving small business and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) fintech clients. Prior to this role, Chris was EVP, Virtual Banking, at Radius Bank where he led the Direct to Consumer (DTC), SMB, and BaaS business lines, achieving measurable success in the growth of deposits. Chris also has experience overseeing core business functions in banking, such as customer service, external technology, marketing, and PR. He helped lead successful equity investments in BaaS companies and is a frequent speaker and writer in the areas of fintech and digital banking. Before Radius, Chris was also at KeyBank in various roles within consumer finance and spent time before Grasshopper working with Patriot Financial.
