Glauber Mota

Glauber Mota leads the Revolut international expansion in Brazil, bringing to the region the world’s first truly global financial superapp.

Prior to joining Revolut, Glauber was partner at BTG Pactual, one of the largest investment banks in Latin America, where held several senior executive roles at the wholesale bank, the private bank business in Switzerland and latest as COO to its digital retail unit in Brazil.

He started his career in Asset Management and later have had experiences in Risk Management, ALM Treasury, Finance, and Operations in Brazil, USA, England, Portugal and Switzerland.

Trained as an Electrical Engineer from IME and with a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics in Finance from IMPA, Glauber also graduated at the General Management Program (GMP) at the Harvard Business School.
