Diana Narváez

With background as an entrepreneur, investor and business consultant, Diana now manages Flourish’s investments in Latin America. Before Flourish, Diana oversaw strategy and business development for Picap, a Colombian motorcycle ride-hailing and last-mile logistics startup. Previously, she co-founded Impulsum Capital, an impact investing vehicle for FOs in Colombia. Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English, she has worked in every major economy in Latin America, including stints with McKinsey in Mexico and JPMorgan in Brazil.

A strategic advisor to several social impact startups, incubators, and technology leadership organizations, Diana is the LatAm chapter co-founder of Diversity VC, an initiative to create a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive VC sector. Diana has a bachelor’s in accountancy from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Cornell. She is an alumna of Stanford’s VC Unlocked program, a NOLs outdoor leadership educator and is passionate about mountaineering, rock-climbing, and mentoring social impact leaders.
