Victoria is an entrepreneurial FinTech lawyer, founder and board advisor with a track record in driving success across a diverse range of financial institutions, from start-up to corporate. With over 10 years of senior management experience, Victoria has effectively advised and guided digital transformation and innovation initiatives across the international arena. Victoria is the former Group Head of Innovation Advisory Legal for Barclays Bank where she supported all innovation initiatives across the bank, including strategic investment and R&D in Fintech alongside the Group Innovation and CTO office. Victoria was also the Group Head of Legal Technology Operations & Innovation for Development Bank of Singapore (DBS) and responsible for supporting the development of DBS DigiBank in India and Singapore and technology and innovation schemes.
Now as a Fintech founder with Orora, Victoria is part of the UK Government’s UKRI KTN Sustainable Innovation Impact Fund programme accelerator (SIIP), powered by Growth Studio.
With Orora Victoria is focused on developing her impact banking platform and tokenised wallets to deliver social and climate resilience finance to achieve the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Victoria is also a Consultant Counsel with Ashurst’s Digital Economy Team where she supports their FinTech practice and strategy work on the future of Digital Finance and Digital Assets.
Victoria is also a Steerco member of the Whitechapel Think Tank and Digital Pound Foundation.
