Olga Zoutendijk

Olga Zoutendijk is passionate about the need for courageous leadership to drive traditional banks to innovate, transform, survive and thrive in the digital world. She has more than 30 years’ experience in leading and transforming banking businesses across the globe (ABN AMRO, Standard Chartered and Westpac), as a senior executive, NED and Chairman. Olga is on the Board of Directors of Julius Bär, the leading Swiss wealth management group; the Board of Governors of Leiden University; and the Advisory Board of Money 20/20 RiseUp. She also works as a career development coach, with a special focus on empowering women in financial services and FinTech to help them be successful and address the gender imbalance in those industries. Olga completed her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in the United States.
