Nicola Plecas

Nikola Plecas works at Visa and is currently heading the European Crypto business. In this position, he is responsible for operationalizing and delivering the crypto strategy in the region by working closely with existing and new partners, is the regional subject matter expert, and acts as Visa’s spokesperson on the topic of digital currencies.

Nikola joined Visa in 2017, starting in the Corporate Strategy team before having spent time in Strategic Partnerships & Fintech and VCA teams. He has previously worked in finance and consulting, and is a CFA Charterholder.
