Neelesh Pal

Neelesh Pal is the Global Head for Strategy, Capabilities & Solutions for Financial Services unit at WNS, with over 20 years’ experience across Banking & Financial Services, Risk Management & Regulatory consulting. He has been instrumental in setting up WNS’ independent line of business for KPO services in Risk & Compliance, engaging across the business lifecycle, commencing with product and service design to marketing to sales and pre-sales support, followed by setting up operations and facilitating technology and analytical interventions leveraging in-house and partner capabilities. Neelesh is currently responsible for driving growth for WNS’ Banking vertical, comprising global banks, Fintechs, and capital market players, and leads a team of consultants, subject matter experts, and solution architects. He also manages diverse advisory projects across financial services, leveraging diverse transformation levers including hyper-automation, RPA, and AI-ML. Additionally, he is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the financial services vertical, ensuring capability enhancement and facilitating front-line sales.
