Gvantsa Chkuaseli

Gvantsa is head of portfolio fundraising and tokenomics structuring at Outlier Ventures, the global leading Web3 accelerator and crypto investor. In her role, Gvantsa leads a team focused on tokenomics structuring and fundraising for Outlier Ventures portfolio companies across its accelerator Base Camp program and token advisory program, Ascent and has advised over a hundred startups on seed/Series A fundraisings.

Prior to Outlier Ventures, Gvantsa was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse and has 13+ years of investing and advisory experience from M&A and private equity to venture capital in the tech and digital media sector: $1bn+ invested in growth stage tech companies.

Launched in 2014, Outlier Ventures is the leading global Web3 accelerator and founder community (by volume) and a top three crypto investor globally by volume of investments, with a renowned reputation as the go-to authority for Web3 founders, investors and enterprise, to help shape the future of the Metaverse.
