Carlos Zuluaga

Carlos Zuluaga has been a member of the Mastercard team for over 15 years, sharing his expertise with Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South American clients. As the Director of LAC, Cyber and Intelligence, Carlos works with financial institutions to protect against credit risk, fraud and other financial challenges. Before joining Mastercard in 2005, Carlos consulted to the banking and payments sector, was VP Technology for Red Multicolor, and systems manager for Banco de Colombia. Carlos attended the Universidad de Bogotá Jorge Tadeo Lozano and Universidad del Rosario in his native Bogotá.
