His Money Transfer Operator (MTO) Cloud Transfer Services pays remittances from leading companies like Western Union and MoneyGram. His Fintech company PagaPhone SmartPay provides unbanked customers with access to financial services and with the ability to get their remittances paid in their mobile phone. His MVNO Orange My Mobile provides users with mobile services with the most gigabytes at the lowest cost.

Ulises created the first FinTelco company in Mexico with the merging of his three companies joining financial and telecom services provided to customers through a unified distribution and customer service channel.
