Carolina is J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Payments Industry Solutions Manager. In her role she creates solutions tailored for the specific needs of each industry and looks after the end-to-end client experience across multiple countries in the region.
Carolina joined J.P. Morgan in 2021 with over 9 years of experience in the banking industry, to provide regional and local advisory to clients in line with market trends and business needs, focusing mainly in FinTech and High-Growth Tech companies making business in Latin America.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, she worked at Citi, where she developed a wealth of experience in Product Management of digital applications at a Regional and Global level. She also led CCB’s business strategy where she launched commercialization initiatives to promote revenue growth of Global Digital Players
in Latin America.
Carolina has a degree in Marketing with a Master of Business Administration at IAE Business School in Argentina with an International Exchange at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She is Argentinean and lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and three kids. Outside of J.P. Morgan she is the leader and Cookie Mom of a Girl Scouts Troop where she promotes leadership and entrepreneurial spirit to young girls.
