Alejandro serves as a Principal on the Emerging Markets investment team at Community Investment Management (CIM), focusing on providing strategic debt capital to demonstrate and scale responsible innovation in lending for underserved communities in Latin America. Before joining CIM, Alejandro was a Vice-President at Inverlink, an investment bank and asset manager, where he was responsible for early-stage venture capital investments. Previously, he worked for Developing World Markets - a financial inclusion investment manager - as a private equity associate for Latin America. Alejandro began his career at Inverlink as an investment banking analyst. He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Universidad de los Andes.
