Ximena Aleman is Co CEO and co-founder of Prometeo, the largest Open Banking platform in Latin America. Prometeo is committed to financial innovation and its vision is to create an open and connected financial market in Latin America. In recent years, Prometeo has become the largest Open Banking platform in Latin America since it provides a single point of access to information, transactions, and payments in 33 financial institutions and 54 APIs in 9 countries in the region. Prometeo helps companies access user information by helping them make better decisions and create 100% digital products.

Before founding Prometeo, Ximena advised companies on communication and marketing strategies. She was Director of Digital Content at EME, a creative content hub for Latin American newspapers, she worked in the main media in Uruguay and was Marketing Head at Dentons Uruguay. She has a degree in Communication and an MBA with a specialization in Technology Business. She is also a WeFinTech Ambassador and a specialist in B2B sales.
