Russell Weiss

Russell Weiss is currently the Head of Decision Science at Banco BS2, Brazil’s premier Digital SME Bank. Russell was a Founder and Chief Risk Officer at the FinTech lender, WEEL, which was acquired by BS2 in June, 2021. Prior to WEEL, Russell held executive roles in credit risk at Behalf and American Express. Russell has a degree in Economics from Brown University and lives in Modi’in Illit, Israel with his wife and children.
