Roger Larach

Roger Larach is the Co-Founder & CEO of R2, a capital-as-a-service platform that enables payment processors, POS systems and marketplaces to offer financing to small & medium businesses in Latin America. R2 is reinventing the financial infrastructure for businesses in LatAm by providing platforms with the risk scoring, capital, servicing and collections capabilities to offer financing to their merchants without any risk.

Founded in 2020, R2 is present in Mexico, Colombia and Ecuador and is backed by General Catalyst, 166 2nd, Y Combinator, Soma Capital, among others.

Prior to founding R2, Roger was part of Ualá’s founding team in Mexico and an M&A banker at BNP Paribas in New York.

Roger was born and raised in Honduras, has an MBA from NYU Stern and a BS in Finance & Economics from Boston College.
